Sharing the Good News with Teens!

This week we have been sharing with 400 teenagers in Charleston, SC. My new friend, Vivian (in the pic), led a worship team that brought us into a heart of pure praise. It has been a good and Godly few days.

I saw young men and women who sang with voices lifted! I witnessed hearts open wide and heads bowed low. Souls were embracing the gospel. I saw people cheering and encouraging each other to take the challenge to learn God's word.

Today, my heart is full of faith in this generation. Perhaps, they are the ones to take the good news to the ends of the earth. Maybe, they will turn this world upside down, spreading the truth of the Gospel. This generation is seeking significance and security, which comes through our Savior. They have the means financially, and they have the intellect coupled with the ability to travel to every corner of the world. Technology is in place for them to spread the news.

Our Lord commanded in Acts 1:8. "But you will receive power and ability when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, and you will be My witnesses to tell people about Me both in Jerusalem and in all Judea, and Samaria, and even to the ends of the earth.” (AMP)
