Practice the Art of Pausing

Have you ever taken a moment to pause amidst the chaos and frenetic pace of this world, allowing yourself the opportunity to truly observe and appreciate the intricate beauty that surrounds us?

In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, it is all too easy to become consumed by our responsibilities, distractions, and the endless noise of modern existence.

I am on a breathtaking adventure soaking in creation. Perhaps, I will share more in the coming weeks. But for now, I invite you to incorporate moments of stillness. I challenge you to see the beauty our Lord has created for our enjoyment. I invite you to pause. Just breathe in Jesus and exhale the world.

That is exactly what I am doing today.
