I stood in awe of the majestic moment as I was moved to worship. The blue haze lifted to reveal a dark backdrop filled with soft, shimmering lights. The distant stars seemingly danced with praise against the black sky. It was a holy moment in the outdoor arena of God.
It was a holy moment in the outdoor arena of God.
The lyrics of Hillsong's song entitled "So Will I" come to mind:
"If the stars were made to worship, so will I
I can see Your heart in everything You've made
Every burning star, a signal fire of grace
If creation sings Your praises, so will I"
How about you today? Does nature invite you into a state of worship? I know life is full and busy for most of us. However, in the season of thanksgiving, I challenge you to pause and praise. If the stars were made to worship, then so can you and I.
If the stars were made to worship, then so can you and I.
I invite you into an attitude of worship today. Let's join the stars in praise of our Creator and Lord because if the stars were made to worship, so will I.
"All the earth worships you and sings praises to you; they sing praises to your name." Selah (Psalm 66:4) Psalm 66:4
